Complaint Handling Procedure

 
The procedure for submitting a complaint to the Company is as follows:
The Client may submit a complaint to the Company via email to compliance@GTOptions.com
Upon receipt of the complaint, the Company will contact the client within 3 business days.
The Client is advised to contact the Company if he would like further details regarding its complaints handling procedures.
The Company will investigate and review the complaint made with the relevant department and will inform the client accordingly
By registering with GTOptions and through the voluntary interaction they undertake with GTOptions products and services the client confirms and agrees that they consent to the use of all or part of the information they supply concerning their GTOptions trading account, the transactions they undertake through it and the interactions which they perform with the company on behalf of the company. All interactions the customer undertakes with the company will be stored by the company for the purposes of record and as such may be employed by the company in such cases that disputes arise between clients and GTOptions.
